Check for pending payments; follow up with ASM and Distributor as needed. Communicate dues via email and obtain necessary approvals from Accounts or Management. Monitor inventory levels; Inform Distributors about scheme changes Prepare invoices and confirm any pending credit/debit notes with ASM Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch, coordination of POP materials and samples as well. Select the most suitable transporter, track deliveries, update dispatch and delivery details in Tally, and notify the Distributor accordingly. Prepare transportation cost sheets and maintain organized records by uploading scanned delivery documents to the shared drive (G-Drive). Regularly follow up on payments via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls; monitor due dates and post-dated cheques (PDCs), and promptly communicate any delays. Reconcile distributor payments, maintain the AVODEN state-wise monthly collection tracker, and work towards converting distributors to a cash discount model. Collect stock and secondary sales statements, input data into the Access database, and maintain up-to-date sales tracker information. Monitor inactive customers, gather retailer data from distributors, and ensure regular feedback is collected on the Sales Team’s performance.
